We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including size, conductor, and coil length. Product images are for illustration, and minor differences in colour or packaging may occur. Technical information on the website is provided as general guidance. Choosing the correct wire size for a specific load, installation, or project is the responsibility of the customer and a qualified electrician.
Because copper prices change frequently, product prices on our website and in quotations may change without prior notice. Written quotations are valid for [X] days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed by us at the time the order is accepted. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to your address or handed to your nominated carrier.
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any shortage, visible damage, or wrong item must be reported to us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and your order details. Products can be returned or replaced only if they are unused, uncut, in original packaging, and reported within [7 days] of delivery, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Wire that has been cut, installed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded after inspection, and refunds will be processed within [X] working days.
Thrive Cables products are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for [X months/years] from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect wire sizing, overloading, poor installation, loose connections, physical damage, exposure to conditions beyond the product’s rating, or use by unqualified persons. If a warranty claim is approved, we will replace the defective product or refund its price.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business, loss of profit, or installation and labour costs, arising from the use or failure of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws applicable in Pakistan.
